I have a habit of carrying around a 3×5 index card with notes about things I learn and want to remember. A couple of years ago after learning that all truth can be combined into one great whole I decided to see if I could connect all the truths on my index card. I now call the exercise Mix, Match and Blend. Anytime that I learn something that I want to remember I note it on my index card, then throughout the week I will try to combine the unrelated truths to each other. Often I will change the root to see what new fruits come forth and it has always produced a crop. This has been invaluable to me as an author and speaker because I am able to employ seemingly unrelated topics and put them into context with each other. It has been amazing to see that indeed all truth can be combined into one great whole.
